We'd rather solve the issue than keep money from a customer who isn't happy. Domain names are the only thing we can't refund: when you register a domain through sitefino, we pay the registrar their fee upfront on your behalf, and that fee is non-refundable to us the moment the domain is issued in your name — so we can't pass a refund back, even inside the 14-day window. You still own the domain outright either way, and you're free to transfer it to another registrar at any time — we'll help you do that if you ask.
